What happens after you get in touch

1. Same-day response. Calls during working hours are answered by Robert directly. Web-form messages are usually replied to within a few hours, and always within one working day.
2. Initial quote. For local single-item moves and small flats we quote over the phone or email. For 3-bedroom-plus moves, office relocations and house clearances we'll arrange a free in-home or on-site visit before quoting.
3. Written confirmation. Once a date is agreed you get a written booking confirmation by email with the fixed price, the schedule, and everything that's included.
4. Your move day. The same Robert you spoke to leads the move. No handover, no subcontractors, no day-of surprises.
